Step 3: Design and Model Processes

Next, step three; design and model processes. Designing and modeling processes can be tricky, as it is important to take everything into account. The goal is to create a process that is efficient and easy to follow. This can be done through BPM software or by creating a flowchart.

When designing a process, it is important to keep the customer in mind. The process should be easy for them to understand and follow. It is also important to keep the end goal in mind. The process should be designed to achieve that goal.

When modeling a process, it is important to be as specific as possible. The steps in the process should be clearly defined and easy to follow. The model should also be easy to update as needed.

The design and model of a process is an important step in creating a successful BPM implementation. By taking the time to create a well-designed and modeled process, businesses can improve efficiency and achieve their goals.

That’s it for step three; design and model processes. Stay tuned for the next article where we’ll be discussing step four: process implementation.
