Step 4: Process Implementation
So first we strategized for improvement, then we analyzed the business process. Next, we designed and modeled our processes. Step four is process implementation.
Process implementation is the actual steps that need to be executed in order to change or improve a process. This includes things like assigning tasks, verifying information, obtaining approvals, and more. It’s important to have a detailed plan for process implementation so that everything goes smoothly and there are no surprises.
There are a few key things to keep in mind during process implementation. First, it’s important to have the right people assigned with specific tasks so that everything will go smoothly
Next, it’s important to let people know when their task is due. It can be easy for things to slip through the cracks if not everyone knows what they are responsible for.
Lastly, make sure to track the progress of the process implementation. This can help ensure that everything is on track and that any issues are addressed quickly. Having a system in place for tracking progress will also help in future process improvements.
Process implementation can seem daunting but with a well-planned approach, it can be a smooth process.
That’s it for step four; process implementation. Stay tuned for the next article where we’ll be discussing step five: monitor and control processes.
